A while back, Bodie and I decided to participate in the Kitty and Canine Gift Exchange through Kelly's blog, Ordinary in Indiana. Bodie got paired up with Sunday the dog, whose owner is Anni from Lincoln Park on a Lark.
Bodie was very excited when the mailman actually got something right and dropped off a box on Monday that had his name on it. Inside was a sweet little note and a couple of goodies!
Bodie received the cutest stuffed candy cane along with a rubber toy with jingle bells inside.
Someone should clean up all that Christmas trash.

Yeah, I mailed it out two weeks ago. My mail-person has got it out for me. The day we got Bodie's package, they left all our loose mail under the box on our porch. Our area had 1000 MPH gusts that day and our bills got blown to the neighbors house and into the goats pen. Awesome, huh?
Kevin says he's never had a problem with his mail....before I moved in.
I personally think the USPS driver of ours has a little crush on my husband. Slut.

I'm so glad Bodie enjoyed his presents but thats awful about the usps driver . ugh. i hope things improve for y'all as far as mail goes! :) hope you have a great day girl!
Dude, my postal carrier hates me too. I find our mail in the gutter, on the sidewalk...everywhere but my mailbox. And my neighbor is always talking about how sweet our mail carrier is....whaaaa???
Our mail carrier always requests my husband to come get it from him, so he doesn't have to get out of the truck.

Your dog is such a cutie pie! Our mail delivery is terrible - the mailbox gets wet and all our letters are left soaking in the box, and they give us our packages by throwing them over a gate and onto the second floor landing. RAGE!

i'm trying to imagine bodie dressed up as a reindeer, for no particular reason. the image is really cute, though. and i love the idea of a gift exchange for the little pups!
So glad the Kitty & Canine exchange worked out well for Brodie! We'll definitely be holding exchange again next year! What a cutie :)

I think our postal carrier hates us, too. I've had where I've been home all day waiting for a package, and walked downstairs to find that note saying they tried to buzz up and got no answer. Laziness!

ahh im jealous! i wish i would have known about that! next year Callie and I will have to join in! She loves toys and bones!!! crazy dog. looks like Bodie had a great Christmas as well!

Also knowing Bodie, he's probably obsessed with that freaking candy cane...and I'd be chasing him around the house trying to confiscate that damn bell :)

We have mail issues too. None involving goats, but our door-people (in our apt building) don't understand that they have to notify us when a package comes in. Some of mine have been just chilling in their mail room for over a week before I brought it to their attention that I should have a package. Jerks.
